Job Description

Greetings from SnapSeaarch!We are currently hiring for the position of content Writer with a Real Estate Industry.Job Profile:

  • Create, edit, and manage content for both internal and external audiences across multiple channels including customer-facing help content, internal knowledge base, developer documentation, etc.
  • Deliver a consistent and cohesive voice across all of the CRM platform training content and documentation Work closely with product owners, technical architects, change management team, Programme owners,and support team to understand business requirements and translate them to training content create and implement new content on various communication channels; identify and resolve content gaps.
  • Understand and define all facets of the CRM customer journey, and identify key areas of strategic importance for targeted audience.
  • Be a leader on self-serve best practices with a strong interest in training other teams Define content structure, taxonomy, and style Collaborate on overall self-serve strategy Contribute to the teams effort in consistently deliver a delightful support experience.
