Job Description

The firm believes in developing talent and business together.Qualification:Graduate (in any discipline)Fluency in English is mandatory.Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with vendors to ensure that they adhere toCompanyspolicy
  • Ensuring timely execution of vendors grievances and creating a process for the same
  • Identifying gap on the supply side on a regular basis by keeping track of competitors
  • Creating a process and timely addressal of vendor-customer conflicts
  • Creating periodic reports for senior management to showcase key project performance metrics
  • Advising vendors to structure profiles as per their positioning and how to maximize their visibility on the portal
Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate/mentor, communicate, and generally interact with people in a positive way
  • Professional, energetic and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to analyze results, plan for the future, make good decisions, and take responsibility
  • Working knowledge of Excel

Salary: Rs. 18,000 pm to Rs.20,000 pmWorking days: Monday to FridayRequires immediate joiners
