Job Description

    - You will have the ownership of executing the IT strategy and ensure its alignment with the enterprises business strategy and delivery of capabilities required to achieve business success. Application Development, Digital journey, infrastructure, IT Governance and Security. - Sets the mission and vision of the IT organization to foster business-oriented culture and mindset.- Enhances the capabilities of IT by leveraging a multitude of resources, both internally and externally- Lead the entire internal software and application development.- Maintains currency on new technologies and platforms and provides direction on what emerging technologies to be assimilated.- Define the technology strategy, budget and roadmap of the organization, keeping in mind the present/ future requirements of the business- Ensure the best technology, applications and infrastructure for the institution- Lead the digital journey of the organization, working towards digitizing the different processes and systems and following a business and customer-centric approach- In-house application development: Drive and Lead a skilled technology team of developers, architects and testers, to build in-house applications, using the microservices architecture, latest technology stack along with the use of emerging technologies- System design, Technical Architecture & Performance-related- Enterprise & application architect- Infrastructure setup- Network setup- DR/DB/BCP Related aspect of IT- IT Governance & Policy framework- Regulatory compliance & Governance- System reliability & scalability perspective- Application risk and controls- IT budgeting and costing- DC Security and related aspects- Set up the IT Security Framework and ensure end-to-end adherence and implementation of the same- Security Architecture & Design- Cyber Security- Infrastructure Security- Access Management- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning- Project Management- Lead critical group wide IT projects and support the end to end project management life cycle- Collaborate with business/ relevant IT COEs to prepare business case for the project and obtain project clearance- Research & Innovation to ensure utilisation of the best technology potential for the business- People Management- Drive a performance driven culture - Set goals, review performance and provide feedback so as to ensure a motivated and committed team- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performanceQualification And Experience:1. B.E/B.Tech/MS in Computer Science with 15+ years of an experienced individual with technology leadership experience in MFIs or Small Finance Banks2. At least 15+ years of overall experience, with significant technology leadership experience3. Exposure in areas of Cloud based Technological suites, Cyber Security, Risk & Compliance, Blockchain, Big Data & Analytics, AI, Robotic process Automation & Machine learning etc. Financial services industry exposure is a must have requirement, and experience of working with NBFCs/SFBs businesses will be added advantage4. Prior track record of planning, leading and implementing IT & digital transformation in large organization5. Experience managing multiple senior stakeholder6.
