    JOB DESCRIPTION: Dynamics Monk Private LimitedPosition: CF0 (Chief Financial Officer)No. Of Opening: 1Experience: 6 years (2 years in CFO Role)Salary: Market standardWorking Location: Delhi (On-Site)Qualification: Chartered AccountantRole Overview:The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of Dynamics Monk, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial decision-making. The CFO will play a crucial role in shaping the companys financial strategy, ensuring financial stability and growth, and providing insightful guidance to the executive team and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the companys shortterm and long-term goals.Provide leadership and direction to the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous. improvement.Manage all financial functions, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting.Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions as needed.Conduct regular financial reviews and assessments to assess risks, opportunities, and overall financial health.Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with business strategies. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support business operations and growth initiatives.Lead financial modeling, scenario analysis, and decision support for strategic initiatives, investments, and acquisitions.Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.Participate in board meetings, investor presentations, and strategic planning sessions, providing financial insights and recommendations.Required Skills:Qualified CAProven experience (6 years) in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and business results.Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and M&A activities is a plus.Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office suite.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From 200,000.00 per monthBenefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work from homeSchedule: Day shift Morning shiftApplication Question(s): Do you have Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role How many years of experience you have as a CFO Experience: Post CA Qulaification: 6 years (Required)License/Certification: Chartered Accountant Certification (Required)Work Location: In person,
