. Channel Policy review of Retail Sales & Service 2. Identifying vacant area and process New Dealer appointment and Induction 3. Providing necessary handholding & guidelines to Dealers to meet company norms 4. Monitoring new appointed LOI Dealer & its confirmation 5. Review of dealer termination & conducting exit interview 6. To prepare annual Training calendar for Sales & service 13. Dealer/OEM Agreement review & renewals 14. Sales & service dealer efficiency/Performance audit and actions in weak area 15. MSQI Audit- Policy & Monitoring 16. Measuring Dealer Satisfaction and device action plan & its implementation and review 17.ePowerol effectiveness and suggesting usage at Channel 13.Uniform Dealership branding guidelines & ensuring implementation 14. Analysis of competition channel and device our strategy & actions 18.
