Job Description

Oversight of the sales process for catering and/or conference services. Works with client and customers to design events;
Successfully complete alcohol awareness training;
Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures;
Ability to get along well with others and be a team player;
Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook;
Access and input data into a computer system to generate account history reports;
Participate in reviewing competitors pricing, websites, etc;
Develop leads, secure re-bookings and assist with promotion efforts;
Actively participate in weekly revenue meeting as well as prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports;
Execute and attain sales Goals as agreed upon by the Assistant Director;
Collaborate with Chef and Assistant Director to update and maintain menu offerings. Create special menus and promotions to enhance selling tools;
Negotiate services and prices to maximize revenue and profitability;
Travel to nearby businesses to generate sales;
Update and increase client prospects through active prospecting;
Sales quota of $4,000 daily catering sales in two months.
