[ Permanent Work from home only for females].Candidates who worked as a freelancer can also join our company as a Ful time Employee.Must have experience in client handling as well as should have handled a Team priorShould be able to understand the demands shared by Financial as well as Investment Bankingclients Should be from a Commerce Background and should be aware of Terms such as CapitalMarkets & Derivatives . Prior Experience in Handling Investment Banking clients or any FinancialBig Ticket Accounts will be an added advantageShould be able to mentor a Team of 8 - 10 Recruiters and should be able to take end to endresponsibility Should be able to maintain daily Tracker and coordinate with the clients on a dailybasis . Must have own laptop or a desktop with a wifi connectionFull Time Work from home opportunityComplete day shiftDesired Candidate ProfileExperience for TL 8 ys to 10 yrsPerks and BenefitsSalary is fixed and incentives are performance basis .Right now no targets but in future according to the clients requirements you may have to workunder targets.there will be hike in the salary for every year.Timings : 9:30 to 6:30 (1 hour break) no need to extend after 6:30.
