The primary responsibility of the BDR is to generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential B2B clients through cold calling. This role is crucial in building the sales pipeline and contributing to the overall growth of the company.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Identify and qualify potential B2B clients through research and cold calling. Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and schedule meetings or demos. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster long-term business partnerships. Pipeline Management: Manage and update the CRM system with all relevant information and activities. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and follow up on leads to convert them into opportunities. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments set. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, outcomes, and progress towards goals.Experience: Proven experience in a B2B sales role, particularly in cold calling and lead generation. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes and techniques. Familiarity with the industry or market the company operates in is a plus.
