Job Description

    Job Title: Business Development ExecutiveJob Location: Delhi As a Business Development Executive specializing in security systems, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging partnerships, and driving sales of our companys security products and services. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that maximize revenue and market penetration. This role requires a deep understanding of security technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- - Have experience client dealing - Experience in Electronic Security (CCTV), Access Control, Fire, IT networking & other System Integration Solution Sales is preferred. - Research accounts, Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers - Ability to work with OEMs & Vendors and create response against Customers requirements - Technical Background is Plus advantage if having experience. - Get the sale- using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc) - Forecast sales, develop - out of the box- sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness - Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships - Meet personal and team sales targets - Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads - Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments Qualifications. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing.Experience of 5 years in same sector. Proven experience in business development or sales within the security industry, with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets. Deep knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and integrated security solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
