Job Description

The Business Analyst will work with IRON Systems employees and customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement custom product solutions. Specific areas of concentration include: Job Responsibilities:

Lead discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
Ability to organize and drive process re-engineering sessions.
Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into technical process components such as business process modelling, user experience modeling and basic technical architecture diagramming.
Can understand complex technical and business strategy needs and apply a detailed technical solution.
Effectively collaborate with multiple implementation team types
Strong stakeholder management and task management skills
Responsible for driving the requirements process, scheduling meetings, merging input, influencing stakeholders and ensuring decisions are made
Expertise with requirement and project related documentation and ability to build and manage document repository.
Ability to lead and support cross functional business teams as and when required as part of business solutioning exercise
Enthusiastic, professional, and confident personality
Able to lead troubleshooting sessions via email, voice or GTM
Strong focus on customer satisfaction and enabling user success
Accountable for representing customer expectations and communicating to proper internal resources
Able to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently
