Job Description

    - Hire, manage, train a team of highly skilled individuals in Vendor acquisition across levels- Make VA strategy and business plan for the company across categories and product lines and ensure the execution of the same via VA team- Validate and improve quality of vendors to improve on business metrics- Building processed and controls to manage end to end seller onboarding journey - soliciting, sourcing, registration, training and order fulfilment for the first 3 months on the platform- Define and maintain hygiene and efficiency metrics and TATs for function, team and vendors- Vendor training and development plan to improve engagement and service levels for the platformDesired Candidate Profile :- Experience in exponentially scaling up vendor base for an ecommerce platform - P&L management of all launched vendors- Demonstrated leadership experience and proficiency - Advance knowledge of MS Excel, advanced data analysis and reporting skills- Excellent on relationship management, conflict management, negotiation skills, exponential growth mindset- Virtues/Qualities- ownership mindset, excellence, integrity, team person, respect- Demonstrated proficiency in Roles and Responsibilities listed above,
