Audit Delivery Centre(Non client facing role)Audit Delivery Center (ADC) has been set-up with an objective of enhancing quality and efficiency in the audit process through consistency from centralisation and standardisation of audit activities. TheADCteam executes the tasks with minimum involvement from the audit team across all regions in India.ADCprofessionals have been trained to deliver high quality work to a large number of engagements by collaborating with audit teams.For the candidate applying forADC
• Work with theAudit engagement teams to executeStatutory Audit/ Indian GAAP/ IFRS /US GAAP accounting services and related services for clients
• Candidate is expected to work closely with the Partner/ Director in effective delivery ofjobs
• Perform robust reviews of work performed and be responsible for carrying out performance reviews
• Build and manage teams to take up higher responsibilities and enhance competencies in areas such as executing work on Fund Audits, Cost plus entities, Clara etc.
• Create specialization in the team by setting-up various Centre of Excellence (COE) withinADC(like Treasury, Employee Benefits, etc.) and ensure smooth execution
• To lead the L&D agenda forADCstaff and regularly conduct trainings on technical topics
