Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Engage & support in expanding the network through market penetration in existing and surveying new areas to partner with potential dealers.Execute both tactical & go to market models, grow the dealer base and ensure higher volume & penetration.Initiate & pursue new leads & referral resulting from field survey.Carry out dealer readiness assessment, negotiation, documentation, contract creation, legal conditions while onboarding new dealers into the network.Working towards dealer network satisfaction by collaborating with Sales & After Sales Team, product support, finance, retail finance, spare parts and other key stakeholders to provide robust sales support.Interacting and building relations with dealers through policy interpretation and planned promotion strategies to build better brand product presentation.Provide the company accurate sales & inventory forecasts in co-ordination with sales & after sales team.Project Management - Monitor and control all stages of the appointment process like lead analysis, due diligence, documentation, interview, signing LOI.Site readiness & start of business.Desired Candidate ProfileBE / B.Tech plus MBA Sales & Marketing with 10-15 years of experience in the 2 Wheeler / Automobile industry.Industry: Automobile Functional Area: Sales & Business Development Role Category: Enterprise & B2B SalesRole: Area Sales Manager (B2B)Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent ,
