Uses technical expertise and skills to support sales efforts and develop large & small opportunities for Fluke calibration range of products. Technically support the cross functional teams in creating solutions against customer enquiries. Represent the Company in all market creation activities (includes seminars, sales calls, Road shows and training). Prior experience working with EPC contractors/ consultants pan India. Have a good knowledge on how to identify upcoming projects and opportunities in the market. Have a bend of mind to solution selling. Experience in managing business through channel partners.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:a) Drive sales targets through effective solution selling either directly and channels. b) Design and engineering of solutions based on customer enquiries and specifications cost effectively and support the internal and external team on technical frontc) Work closely with Consultants, Contractors and End users to ensure that our solutions are preferred and approved for projects.d) Review customer requirements and tender specifications and design / propose the most appropriate solutions.e) Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business. f) Perform other related duties as assigned.g) Technical write-ups and documentation related to the solutions offered to customers. h) Ensure effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies and / or programs in the region with necessary go to market actionsTECHNICAL SKILLSa) Good understanding of industrial process plants and working experience on process plants with pressure, temperature and flow sensors, controllers and indicators.b) Strong understanding on industrial communication protocols and technology like FF, HART, Serial and parallel communication etcc) Skills in designing and integrating test systems or plant automation using multiple devices or equipment.d) Working experience with EPC contractors or large project companiesEXPERIENCE8- 12 years relevant experience in sales.DOMAIN / SCOPESales1. Pan India2. Territory knowledge in terms of process plants, green field and grey field projects, Consultants and contractors3. Knowledge on calibration and process automation/system4. Engagement with Consultants, EPC contractors and Customers5. Good communication (spoken and written) and presentation skills.QUALIFICATIONEngineering Graduate or Diploma in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics/MechanicalMSc / BSc Physics / ElectronicsMBA in Sales / Business Development / Marketing is an added advantage.,
