Job Description

    • Customer Development: 65%
      • Identify pipeline of leads/customers in the hotels, offices, cafes / restaurants segment that fit profile (Pan-India) and ensure conversion
      • Outreach and meetings with clients to understand needs and deliver an appropriate, tailored, commercial solutions (coffee, equipment, and experiences)
      • Conduct demos as required
      • Build institutional, long-term supply partnerships
    • Customer Retention: 35%
      • Ensuring clients on-boarded convert to contractual long-term customers by ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
      • Expanding customer portfolio by adding products and service lines
      • Building presence in customer locations via appropriate co- branding and other visual merchandizing solutions
    • Compensation: Based on experience
    Critical Skills Required:
    • Min 5 Years relevant sales experience in cafes and hospitality sales
    • Coffee industry experience
    • Working knowledge of coffee including operation of semi-automatic coffee machines
    • Strong communication and conversational skills structured written communication email
    • Proven track record of sales / target achievement in acquiring and retaining new customers
    • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
    • Analytical, logical thinker
    • Start-up Orientation: This job involves work both in office and making field Comfort with working with smaller teams is important. Willingness to work in an unstructured, start-up environment
