Key Responsibility :1. Hands-on experience in Tea, Coffee, Spices, Ready to drink and Herbs2. Develop and review design prototypes, perform test and finalize product design to facilitate mass production.3. Lab and pilot-scale trials and prototype generation4. High-level understanding of sensory evaluation- Tea, Coffee, Spices and Herbs5. Perform market research to understand market requirements, product trends and initiate innovative product development6. Analyse new ingredients, flavours, and technologies to evaluate functionalities for all new product development.7. Preparation of technical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and with the companys new product development process8. Good understanding of raw material (Tea, Coffee, Spices, Herbs, Flavour) specifications and creation of SOPs9. Coordinate with multidisciplinary product launch teams to facilitate product launch as per research findings and in appropriate market.10. Should be able to work closely with the marketing team for new product development11. Understanding of customer needs, analysis of customer requirement, converting customer needs12. Work closely with Quality, Flavour Houses & Vendors to explore innovative solutions to innovate and renovate the product matrix as per productivity initiative for business need.13. High level understanding of Packaging and labelling requirement with product claims in accordance to regulatory (Tea Board India, FSSAI, FDA)14.
