Job Description

    Role and Responsibilities :1. Be the brand custodian for the oral care product range2. Shape and execute the marketing strategy for launch of oral care range of products3. Work closely with internal stakeholders, market research and ad agencies to develop the entire marketing mix from product development, pricing, packaging, communication, and distribution across online and offline platforms as well as Clove Dental Clinics4. Establish marketing performance benchmarks, cost and pricing parameters, and sales volume projections5. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs6. Monitor market trends, research consumer behaviour and and competitor activities7. Drive ongoing as well as new marketing and communication initiatives8. Monitor product distribution and customer/ consumer response9. Develop innovative growth strategies for the businessRequirements :- Experience in developing a complete marketing mix in an FMCG company: product, packaging, pricing, and promotion- Digital and performance marketing experience- Oral care category and frontline sales experience will be an added advantage- Experience in collaborating with other functions e.g., R&D, packaging, sales, finance, research and ad agencies- Deep understanding of the consumer- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies- Experience in campaign development- Strong analytical skills with a creative mind- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers- Agility in thinking and execution- Ability to navigate through an unstructured environment and change- Strong communication skillsQualification and experience :- MBA with specialization in Marketing- 4 to 10 years of relevant work experience- From FMCG industry (Traditional or Startups with packaged products),
