Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Generate monthly and rolling forecasts from customers and share planning data with operations team for implementation at production level.
  • Plan, forecast and coordinate with logistics team, leadership team and production to support continuous product supply
  • Preparation of monthly and periodical sales data. Compiling MIS reports for sales tracking and customer mapping.
  • Coordinate and ensure payments are collected within the stipulated time. Periodical follow up with accounts team for reconciliation of every customer account.
  • Assist Sales Manager in development of marketing collaterals.
  • Timely relay of market data and trends to the management team
  • Work with Customer and ICEC (Innovation and Customer Experience Centre) team to develop products for market.
  • Coordination with ICEC team to conduct successful product demonstration (Refer ICEC sequence format for responsibility and sequence of events)
  • Understand timelines for new product launch and share information with leadership team and operations team for successful launch of the product
  • Ensure timely after sales follow ups and client feedback must be documented
Key Result Areas
  • Collection of monthly orders and rolling projections from customers
  • Ensure movement of stocks as per customer orders and highlight any anomalies to the customers
  • Maintenance of customer contracts and quotes and ensure timely renewal of the same.
  • Robust planning of ordering and forecast to ensure minimal changes for production team
  • Payments collection within the credit limit and minimal account aging.
  • Budget tracking
  • Monthly and periodical reporting of data to the customers and management
  • Data collection from various franchisees and corporate teams to build MIS and better planning
Personal Attributes:
  • Strong general global cuisine knowledge and experience
  • Fluency in English mandatory
  • Dynamic presentation skills; outstanding interpersonal, and communication skills required.
Desired Candidate ProfileQualification:
  • Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts highly preferred. OR
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing
