Job Description

    Galaxy Toyota is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented ASM/ AGM, Service Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations, profitability, and expansion plans of our dealership workshops.Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the efficient and effective operation of all service departments across our dealerships (reference: https://www.galaxytoyota.in/). Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability. Manage and optimize workshop budgets, allocating resources effectively. Oversee the implementation and adherence to all company policies and procedures. Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in a. leadership role within the automotive service industry. Proven track record of success in increasing profitability and customer satisfaction. Strong understanding of workshop operations, including service processes, parts inventory management, and technician scheduling,
