Creation and Planning of Grassroots events Calendar and Implementation of all approved plans in liaison with the Head of Grassroots. Creation and maintenance of database for Grassroots courses , Grassroots Leaders and Instructors on Monitor the organisation of grassroots courses and coordination with the organisers on the same. Budgeting and financial management of all Grassroots courses , workshops , seminars and concerning events. Logistical arrangements for travel , stay and organisation in liaison with Finance and Logistics . and organisers for all Grassroots events. report on all Grassroots courses and events with feedback on the same. Implementation and management of the AFC Grassroots Charter Responsible for grassroots objectives of the Member Association Plan , organize and manage all elements of the Member Association grassroots programme Provide reports to the relevant Member Association committee(s) Create and achieve the target for number of AIFF Baby Leagues across India as part of the Strategic Plan. Initiate , administer and monitor Baby League programmes across all State FAs in India. Liaise with Development Manager for Baby League Operations across all State FAs under FIFA State Development Initiative. Coordinating with DOs to ensure that our SP targets are met. Will also look to target states outside appointed DOs range. Formulate a strategy for to spread its reach to all the states Obtain and Analyse data of baby leagues for initiating other developmental initiatives. Liaise with Women s department for initiating and administering baby leagues for girls. Liaise with AIFF Grassroots Instructor for of AIFF Grassroots Leaders Courses for Baby League Operators. Create detailed job description of Grassroots Leaders for operating in Baby League project with AIFF Grassroots Instructors. Use of Baby League application for monitoring and analysing data of Baby League Project. Financial management of all operations under Baby Leagues Project. Collaborate / coordinate with State FAs and other stakeholders for all Futsal operations as part of the AIFF Futsal Strategic plan. Liaise with concerned departments for implementation of Futsal Strategic plan Create a Club / Academy Licensing program specific to Futsal Development in India. Skill set Requirements : Must possess an AFC Grassroots Leader s Certificate or be willing to for the same Knowledgeable about Grassroots Football Development , principles and philosophy Minimal Educational qualification of Master s degree in management / business administration; (Sports / Football management degrees will be preferred). Work Experience in Sports administration / management of at least 2 years in India or abroad (Football related experience will be preferred). Must be a team player and have experience in working on Team projects and delivering project targets. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related Software applications on Ability to multi task and prioritize projects. Ability to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision. Should be physically fit to travel domestically in various assignments as and when required. Should be competent in financial management for project delivery. Remuneration will be discussed during Interviews.
