Job Description

    Job DescriptionPosition Overview: The Administration Executive is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of office functions. This role involves handling office tasks, coordinating with various departments, and supporting day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:
    • Office Support: Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies and equipment.
    • Calendar and Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. Maintain executives calendars and ensure timely notifications and reminders.
    • Document Management: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
    • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Handle inquiries and provide information as needed.
    • Event Coordination: Organize and manage company events, meetings, and conferences. Handle logistics such as venue arrangements, catering, and attendee coordination.
    • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, maintenance, and other needs. Assist with negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality.
    • Financial Administration: Assist with processing invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking. Monitor and report on office expenses.
    • Support to Other Departments: Provide administrative support to various departments as required, including assisting with special projects and initiatives.
