Job Description

Position:Production OfficerLocation:DamanExperience: FresherIndustries:FMCGResponsibilities:

Controlling the line to meet the desired output
Meeting daily target qualitatively and safely
Monitor hourly performance of the line and display the all line performances on visual board
Preparing line related documents like reconciliation, codification, man hr, Log book.
Line balancing based on needs
Should have basic knowledge of machine operation with technical, quality and safety features
Coordinate with technicians and motivate machine operators for autonomous maintenance
Maintaining 5S of the line
Stock balancing and inventory accuracy of the line

Required Skills

Good communication and reporting skill.
Filling line, packing line, assembly line, formulation, SAP, Inventory management Manpower handling, production planning, SOP, 5S, Problem Solving, PDCA, Six Sigma, Cycle Time
