Job Summary Under limited supervision, provide advice and support on a range of products using their technical resources along with sales skills. May assist in preparing product documentation. Demonstrate how to use new products and/or services. Who we are looking for Preferred experience in Proteomics, Genomics, Microbiology & Bio-Chemistry lab techniques. Hands on experience with HPLC, GC-MS, RT-PCR, FPLC, FTIR, AAS, SEM/TEM to support Chromatography product line Masters/Doctrate in Science (Bio-Technology & Industrial BT, Microbiology, Bio-Chemistry, Applied/Advanced microbiology, Bio-Informatics, Nanotechnology, Bio-Medical Engg/Instrumentation) Excellent communication in English (written & Verbal) - ability to interact with native English speakers Adequate Typing skills - minimum of 25 wpm with 98% accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office - MS Word and MS Excel and/or MS Access Positive attitude towards work, team, learning and taking up initiatives/tasks Ability to provide accurate information in user-friendly manner Flexible to shifts Attention to details - Quality, training abilities and people management Ability to handle business calls How you will thrive and create an impact Maximize the opportunity to achieve sales through the supply of technical assistance. Providing product specifications and application support Checking product compatibility Identifying products based on application of end user Suggesting alternatives to unavailable products Liaise with external sales to assist them with any Customers inquiries and handle calls (Outbound & Inbound) as applicable Identify and utilize upselling and cross selling opportunities Dare to go further in your career .
