Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Enrolling EPF and ESI in online ,
  • Filling EPF Monthly Contribution as centralized.
  • Communicating with Government office and maintaining the records of ESI, EPF and LIC Gratuity records and documents
  • Process of PF claims of Ex-employees for settlement and EPF transfer, EPF Advance and death Claims.
  • Collecting Statutory datas from Regional HR and updating.
  • Verifying the ESI reports and ensuring the payments on time.
  • Process the settlement for employees by checking the eligibility of Gratuity, EDLI and GI Claim Process.
  • EPF Claim Process.
  • Solving Ex- Employees grievance and complaint related Statutory.
  • Gratuity Payment follow up.
  • Create UAN For new En Roll Employees
  • Create ESI IP Number For new En Roll Employees
  • Generate Monthly EPF Report and chellan, compelete the process within Every 15th.
  • Generate Monthly ESI Report and compelete the process within Every 21st.
  • Gratuity Settlements for Ex-Employees
  • Death Claims
  • Employees EPF Advance
  • EPF Transfer
Desired Candidate Profile
  • MBA-HR / MSW with minimum 4+ years experience in Statutory Compliances (EPF, ESI, Gratuity and Statutory Matrix) ).
  • Well knowledge in MS Office
  • Good communication skills.
