Roles and ResponsibilitiesTo deliver the HR strategy across a respective regiono To support line managers to deliver the business plan in terms of manpowero To manage the entire gamut of employee life cycle for the particular regionRecruitment & hiring of manpower as per the budget through various mix of sources within TAT.o Coordinating campus connect drive with ZHR & conducting graduate trainee drive as per project.o Analyzing manpower resource requirement along with manpower budgeting and work force planningo Ensuring proper joining formalities with 100% documentation & SAP updation.o Adherence to governance of Confirmation, Transfers, Attendance & F&F polices as per quality procedureand process.o Ensuring all governance activities are duly updated in SAP with in timelines.o Implementation of Performance Appraisals by ensuring adherence of policy and process within timelines.o Completing & reporting Quarterly incentive programme as per policy and timelines.o Compliance module completion & management as per timelines & quality.o Initiating all disciplinary issue at hand as per policy guidelines; coordinating disciplinaryaction activities at region for final solutions.o Executing all Employee Engagement & welfare activities/initiatives in the region asper monthly plan and ensuring updation of branch manager tracker.o Initiating and developing Kaizens for continuous process improvements in thefunction.o Implementing & tracking various sustainability activities driven by HO in the region.o Implementing CSR Activities as per the CSR calendar.o Regular branch visits for employee engagements and business requirements and employee connect.o Reporting on HR Activities through various MIS floated by ZO & HO.,
