Job Description

Good negotiating skills with vendors and suppliers
Identification of the new vendors / new materials
Knowledge of Bulk purchase
Hands on experience in identifying, evaluating and developing vendors for waste paper procurement is must.
Pro Handle end to end procurement responsibilities for waste paper related projects.
Prior experience in paper industry
Should be well-versed with purchase related skills making POs and follow-ups.
Should be able to track orders and ensure timely deliveries.
Should have a network of vendors and suppliers globally
Knowledge of material usage and smooth flow of information between site and office
Understanding and forecasting of the necessity material requirement and usage
Keeping updated records of inventory and inventory management.
Understanding the fund flow of the company and dealing with vendors appropriately.
Ensure smooth, timely development and delivery of parts with quality compliances.
