The successful candidate is responsible for overall management of lithium-ion battery production to meet company goals. The role entails supervision of a team of engineers and technicians leading the planning, procurement, manufacturing, and delivery of batteries to meet customer expectations. This on-site role is located in. Poonamallee.Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 5 years of experience in Lithium-ion battery manufacturing, with 5 years in a production management role
    • In-depth knowledge of the production, quality control, and testing processes required for Lithium-ion battery manufacturing
    • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing production schedules
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Understanding of international regulations and standards applicable to Lithium-ion batteries including UL, UN, and IEC
    • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
    • Ability to train and mentor teams and provide constructive feedback
    • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
