Job Description

    We are looking for experienced Full Stack Technology Leads who want to develop exciting and innovative digital shopping experiences for some of the biggest retail brands in the world. This individual is responsible for analyzing, developing and delivering the technical solution that satisfies the functional design documents and other useful requirements.The ideal candidate will have a very strong technology background and demonstrated experience in building very high-quality web applications with attention to detail and performance. Responsibilities: Ensure effective Design and Documentation in line with Client and Architecture requirements across front end and backend components. Define stories & tasks for the implementations, assigning for the closure for the tasks. Lead a team of developers from both technical and delivery front. Develop, deliver web-based applications on time and with high quality. Work closely with creative team to ensure high fidelity implementations. Collaborate with the project manager to develop sound technical requirements that clearly outlines the architecture and tasks required to develop a project. Review code written by team members and ensure the developed code is in accordance with the organization standards and processes. Analyze and recommend performance optimizations of the code and ensure code complies to security best practices. Debug and troubleshoot problems in live applications. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or related technical field (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience). High proficiency in Java, JavaScript and its related tools. Proficiency in Web Technologies HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3. Experience in building web applications using Java, Spring Boot and React JS. Working proficiency in MySQL or Mongo Data Store. At least 3 years of experience building elegant and fast Web interfaces. Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies. Good working knowledge in Software Design Patterns. Nice to Have: Working experience in an ecommerce implementation will be an added advantage. Apache Camel experience will be an added advantage. Messaging Proficiency in RabbitMQ/Other messaging frameworks like Kafka, Active MQ Apache SOLR experience. IaaS Cloud experience. Third party API integration experience. Effective Team Management. Good Communication Skills Both oral and written. Problem-solving & Decision-making skills. Understanding of coding practices, code quality, and code coverage.,
