Job Description

We are having urgent requirement of Merchant Sales Executive for Selling EDC Swipe machine to Merchants.Please go through the Job description for the position of Field Sales Executive at Merchant Services for Sales and Promotion of EDC/POS Debit Card/Credit Card Swiping Machine.Designation : Field Sales ExecutiveJob Location: Coimbatore,Tamil NaduQualification: 12th complete /GraduateExperience : 6 monts -2 years in field salesSalary : Gross-13,000 ,Net-12,000PM+ Travel Allowance Position : 5Roles And responsibility

  • Responsible for open market sourcing, generating & closing new acquisition signing leads for sales of EDC/POS machines (Merchant Acquisition Business) across regions allocated.
  • Achieve objective of Activation, desired quality of signing for the region.
  • Ensuring that all the merchant sourcing is done within the specified TAT.
  • Managing existing base relationship and acquiring new customers from the respective regions.
  • Branch visits, leads generation, Merchant activations, Volume growth.
  • Map markets / segments to target profile in order to identify untapped resources / new opportunities
  • Planning, formulating and implementing promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.
  • Responsible for sourcing large retail merchants independently.
  • Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Engage with existing merchants for activation of relationship, higher penetration in business volume & arrest attrition.
  • Deepening POS relationship & Activate dormant relationships
Desired skills
  • Candidates should have minimum 6 months sales experience in Banking fieldsales/Merchant acquisition/CASA/EDC SwipeMachine Sales.
  • Candidate should have good to Convincing skills as hewill be meeting/dealing with top management in companies
  • Candidate should be keen in field work and meeting people
