OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

• Responsible for coordination of infra project planning, execution & coordination for shifting of all facilities to new facility.
• Responsible for the Operation & maintenance of all Utilities, Power systems, Test benches, Tools maintenance, Spares management to support the production to achieve the takt time.
• Managing Hard and Soft services (Building Management, Hard Services, Housekeeping, Cafeteria Transport, Mail Room Services etc.) at office spaces
• Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors/suppliers for Facility related activities
• Monitor and maintain all building lifesaving equipment s such as Fire Protection, Suppression, Fire alarm & Access controls systems as assigned.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing contracts (O & M, AMC, and Ad-hoc Support) with scope of requirements and the KPIs.
• Hands on experience in Machine Maintenance, Facility and Utility Maintenance, Hard and Soft services, Projects etc.
• Drive energy culture & conduct workshops to identify & implement ideas to reduce energy consumption.
• Managing plant Facilities and Utilities like Air Compressors, Hot Water Generator, Process
• Chillers and HVAC, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant etc.
• Liaise with Government agencies to obtain and renewal of licenses, legal compliances ,certification of lifting tackles, Pressure vessels etc.
• Facility Projects & Expansion. Responsible for shifting of critical equipment s from current plant to the new plant
• Driving energy culture across the site to result in estimated annual savings.
• Compressor Utilization analysis & Optimization.
• Timely assurance of Power availability & coordination with Developer & Govt authorities.
• In charge of ensuring optimal conditions in the building.
• Duties include implementing safety policies; overseeing services such as Housekeeping, facility maintenance and reception; handling emergency operations; planning space reorganization and ensuring legislation compliance.
• Contract Management
• Responsible for the operation and for all regular maintenance service activities for DG sets, Compressor, Chiller and other auxiliary like Valves, Pumps, etc.
• Prepare for the OPEX Budget and submit to Finance
• Have strategic plan with indirect sourcing to have sustainable actions
• Perform SWOT analysis and have plan to mitigate the business risk and challenges ahead
• Establishing functional Business plan with aligned targets & regular review to improve performance on safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost and Environment.
• Ensuring PM schedule & adherence, Maintain the PM documents, Pipeline layouts, SOP as per the APSYS requirements.
• Work within expense limits established as budget planned in OPEX
• Schedule and complete the Preventative Maintenance Program .
• Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
• Responsible for alerting/reporting the Senior Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
• Drive a culture of safety in the organization by leading safety programs and driving strict adherence to safety rules and regulations
• Lead a team of Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Technicians
• Finding and fixing faults and recalibrating instruments.
• Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule.
• Responding immediately to any facility requirements.
• Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined.
• Conduct Daily review meeting with team to discuss on production volume, issues and challenges.
• Technical support required on the maintenance site to achieve preventive & Corrective maintenance (daily assistance, participation to courses as trainers )
• Regular update to leadership on results and opportunities

Qualifications & Skills:EDUCATION

• BE Mechanical / Mechatronics/ Civil

• Knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 (OHSAS18001), ISO14001, ISO 370001, IRIS preferable.
• Knowledge of Soft services in a factory
