Critical Exposure: Must be from Automobile Industry in Premium Segment. Feasible knowledge of the mechanical and electrical working of premium luxury car. Minimum 3 years of experience and abovePrincipal Accountability: Serving customers is a key to success in this position Customers interaction to understand the service requirement & guide them on the requiredsolutionsBe a technical guide to the customers & demonstrate excellent knowledge about servicingvehicles Act as a liaison between technicians and customers Check Fitness Report of Car Train/Coach, lead, guide and supervise vehicle technicians Give an awesome customer experience A multi-tasker to handle multiple client and handle all with parityCandidate Profile: 3 years of experience in Automobile Industry Have previous experience in a Service Advisory Role. Have good mechanical awareness or understanding of cars and parts. Have experience within a after sales environment Need to have sound knowledge of electrical and mechanical working of premium luxury car. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all team members andcustomers of the company Graduate/ Mechanical Engineer/ MBA from any reputed university.
