Greeting From Park GroupWe have excellent opportunity for Appraisal Analyst @ Coimbatore locationShift: Day Location CoimbatorePrepare market value appraisals on simple and complex real estate assets with minimal supervision and oversight, training, and mentoring by seniors.Prepares real estate appraisal reports, including entering property data, taking complete details of the subject and comparable. Confirms data, analyze, and performs additional research as necessary.Valuation of real estate residential properties in US. Sound understanding of all the valuation approaches and its application to various report types.Prepare written market value reports from cover to cover with minimal analytical guidance of a senior.Prepare and completes analysis and research for simple properties assigned into a full appraisal report.Make a comparison analysis based on sales of similar properties with significant input from Sr. Appraiser.No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers.Qualification & ExperienceBachelors/ Masters in civil engineering or Real Estate or Finance or Any Degree. Career Experience 1 to 3 years with consultancy and valuation background.Skills & KnowledgeShould have sound knowledge on valuation of real estate assets using all approaches such: Income Approach, Market Approach and Cost ApproachWell versed with Analytical and report writing skillsAbility to solve complex problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Internet navigational skills.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects (if required) simultaneously. ,
