Job Description

Generate CAD Part, Assembly and Drawings for HMI components in UG-NX, Teamcenter
Generate Design concepts, Detailed design and release Manufacturing drawings
Generate Bill of Material
Perform Tolerance Stack up and other Design calculations of plastic components
Design and development of Plastic parts
PCB contour creation, connector selection
Execute Engineering Change Requests
Create and Modify Offer drawing, Order specification
Sample preparation, evaluation, ISIR verification

Experience in creation of 3D/2D in UG-NX and Teamcenter
Hands on experience in GD&T and Tolerance stack up analysis
Hands-on experience in Plastic part design, DFA, DFM
Basic knowledge of mechanical design simulation and plastic tooling
Good working knowledge on Plastic and Sheet metal component design
Good experience in different manufacturing processes (Injection molding,)
Ability to identify problems and root causes, being creative in problem solving and solutions
Self-motivated and independent working capability
Good presentation, communication and inter-personal skills

Knowledge in HMI technology & Mechatronics
Exposure to New Product Development
Hands-on experience in Cost reduction projects / proposals
Hands-on experience in FMEA
Hands-on experience in Engineering changes management
