Job Description

    Job Description
    • Expertise knowledge in design and development of Cooling Pump, Valves, Blowers & other Thermal units for Electric vehicles
    • Design & development, co-ordination with suppliers for various components (e.g. rubber isolators, friction washer, sinter bearings & washers, metal sleeve, aluminium die-cast cover, plastic & sheet metal components)
    • Create 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using TcE + NX
    • Evaluation of PPAP measurement reports of components for C-samples
    • Preparation of documents such as mounting instructions, offer drawings, and assembly drawings.
    • Creation, updation and maintaining of engineering BOM in SAP
    • To perform requirement analysis, tolerance & engineering calculation
