Job Description

  • AWS Solution Architect will interact with clients, product managers, and developers in order to envision, model and provide initial models of designs that can be built. This role is a key member of the Delivery project team and is responsible for the overall design of applications and mapping client business requirements to systems/technical requirements.
  • The Solution Architect works as a team member along with senior managers, PMs and developers,Technical Architect and supporting team members to deliver the complete solution for the customer. They will be responsible for constant review of the code to ensure the quality of the design by avoiding complexity and advocating clarity with the team, which requires hand-on work in developing prototypes
  • contributing code or evaluation technologies. Solution Architect will guide the business in which technologies it should be using and what new technologies it should be considering.
  • This role includes working collaboratively with a degree of humility and mentoring staff as required.

Competencies:

  • Competent on AWS Cloud Architecture with min 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience on their key features, advantages and disadvantages
  • Cloud strategy guiding principles
  • Cloud reference architecture and integration (public/private/hybrid model)
  • Concepts and techniques related to architecture assessment and roadmap creation
  • SaaS product deployment and implementation experience is a must.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding across Cloud and infrastructure components (server, storage, network, data, and serverless applications) to deliver end to end Cloud Infrastructure architectures and designs.
  • AWS Services like S3, EC2, RDS, ECS, SQS, SNS, Dynamo DB, Load Balancer, Redshift
  • AWS CloudFormation or Teraform knowledge
  • AWS Network architecture , VPN Connectivity , Route 53, VPC Good understanding Cloud security , AWS IAM
  • AWS Lambda , Event Triggers, API Gateway, API Security
  • Excellent communication interpersonal skills
  • Design of Cloud environments with a focus on AWS and demonstrate
  • Technical Cloud Architectural knowledge, playing a vital role in the design of production, staging, QA and development
  • Cloud Infrastructures running in 24x7 environments.
  • Present the technological vision of the solution during planning, provide domain models and exemplary use cases that describe larger system behavior, and participate actively in interactively during the planning process.
  • Hands on development experience using MEAN Stack will be an advantage.
