Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Preparation and Implementation of EC SOP at all EC farms.
Collect data about the day to day activities of EC farms and initiate actions for the gap.
Monitor all periodical maintenance activities as per SOP and check list.
Regular visit to all EC farms and take corrective actions.
Organize internal and external training to EC plant technicians for operations, maintenance and EC farms.
Monitor Hygienic score status along with regional lab, and the reports to be maintained for verification.
Ensure the medicine storage as per SOP, create awareness to the staff and farmers.
Monitor the competitor performance and activities and the same to be reported.
Introducing innovative techniques for the enhancement of EC farm operations.
Close monitoring of EC farm operation / maintenance process and escalate issues that require management attention.
MIS reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Engineering degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
