Job Description

Generate new volumes for the existing distributors as per plan.
Achieving sales coverage & growth by conducting market survey, appointing distributors, managing & increasing retail coverage & HORECA sales.
Generate volumes for new distributors in existing / new market.
Working & Executing in the market with distributors, building a retail network.
Working & Executing sales policies & promotion schemes to achieve targeted growth across segments & key retail outlets.
Achieve the minimum sustainable volume for the distributors in the assigned cluster within specified timeline.
Achieving volume growth in a new area/city and worked on establishing sales systems in a new area as well.
Planning & managing market launch of new products.
Ensuring timely settlement of distributor claims against schemes and promotions.
Planning and Scheduling executives in Demonstrating and presenting products.
