Job Description

    Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate results-driven project manager, who is interested in problem solving and proposing advanced digital solutions to our customers.
    • Strong focus towards Agile methodologies and experience in handling Scrum teams.
    • Need to Manage an offshore team of developers (Team strength: 5 12) and collaborate with onsite Manager and product owner to deliver quality solutions within the boundaries of Scope, schedule and cost.
    • Responsible for Stake holder management, Risk management, planning, scheduling, monitoring, Continuous improvement, nurturing innovation
    • Quantitative Project management (by monitoring KPIs)
    • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
    Know-how:
    • Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development
    • Excellent Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React or VueJs.
    • Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, NodeJs or Java.
    • Experience with back-end services/micro-services development and relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
    • Expertise in open-source technologies and NoSQL DB technologies such as Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Redis etc.
