Main responsibilities as process assessor (GAMA assessor)Perform ASPICE assessments in projects and organizational units according to the defined planReview BG/PG/PL action plans for effectiveness towards achieving ASPICESupport preparation and execution of customer assessments including pre-assessments before awardSupport self-assessments with expert knowledgePerform supplier assessments on demandUpdate dashboards for regular status reports of his/her own assessments.Responsibilities supporting SYS and SW qualitySupport the System and Software quality manager in the management of the PG/PLs:Review of the standards proposed by the PG/PLs for SYS and SW qualitySupport the deployment of the best practices and new processesCoach and Train On Job (OJT) of the GAMA champions and SW quality engineersUpdate dashboards and KPIs of the PG PLs SW & Sys qualityPrepare the GEEDS weekly committee for projects and design reviewsCertified Automotive SPICE Competent or Principal AssessorEmbedded software and/or system development experienceBachelor of Science in Engineering, Science or Mathematics.CMMI Assessor or ISO 9000 / IATF AuditorExperience in Engineering Quality Assurance or Audit (5 years)Experience in the Software Quality Assurance / Software Development fieldExperience with the Software development process, Systems engineering methodologies, and test techniquesExperience in conducting quality assessments of developed software
