Job Description

This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base. The Role ResponsibilitiesRole Brief:

  • The lead will be responsible for establishing the Enhanced Financial Reporting and Cost Management process aligned with SAP technology stack. He / She is expected to lead the E2E functional design, collaborate with T&I for the Technical Design, creation of Functional Test Cases, driving the UAT, conceptualizing and creating the Target Operating Model, User Training and then transitioning the new solution for the respective GFS processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a functional SME in Solution Design in collaboration with external delivery partners and SC T&I and if required, lead a team of Analysts for the same purpose
  • Conduct capacity planning, demand forecasting, talent / resource planning based on the requirements
  • Present analysis, reports and presentations on requirements, demand forecasting, capacity and talent planning to deliver valuable insights and equip the function to meet the demands
  • Participate in closing calls and various review meetings and present the forecasts and plans, follow up with various parties on issues raised, escalate issues if needed
  • Ensure timely provision of all MIS, along with key analytics in terms of resource utilization, delivery tracking etc., identifying potential deviations early and proposing corrective action
  • Lead and track cost saving / efficiency initiatives- Manage the planning cycle and forecast process with a team of analysts
  • Support testing activities in the cost function
Our Ideal CandidateExpected Technical Skills:
  • Experience in using and configuring SAP PaPM
  • Knowledge of data structures
  • It will be good if the candidate has understanding of processes and data flow in SC embedded between Cubes, HP/ HPCM, FA, PMI, etc. and the connectivity with the General Ledger and Sub-Ledgers
  • If the candidate is external then it is imperative to have a strong understanding of the linkages and the data flow between the multiple systems used for the purpose of Cost, Planning, Budgeting and Financial Reporting

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional and multi-location teams to ensure that work delivered meets client requirements and standards both functionally and technically
Ideal Academics:
  • Post graduate in finance, CA or intermediate, ICWA / CMA or Intermediate, MBA in Finance
