Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Administer all Transfer Pricing processes and compliance.
Creating Transfer Pricing documents/ local files for all 100+ subsidiaries of Danfoss Coordinate and Interface with local controllers and finalize files to be submitted to local tax authorities
Conduct benchmarking studies for tax compliances, income targets and for price setting
Audit and rectify inter-company transaction reconciliation
Supporting the Group tax team in coordinating with the regional and global Danfoss network firms on tax issues
Prepare tax related workings while preparing Annual Statutory Accounts and Annual Management Accounts
Lead and coordinate the tax planning and tax management of assignments, with guidance from the Head.
Assist with the formation and modification of key tax processes including compliance, related systems and automation of the same
Support and provide assurance to the Head of Tax on advisory projects or special projects supporting proposed and/or existing businesses
Work with external service providers in relation to any of the above, as and when necessary
Assistance in APA proceedings
Assisting in exploring tax planning and tax optimization strategies
