Show More We offerShow More Key responsibilities1. Project management for all marketing automation tasks involving campaigns, automated journeys using email and messaging platforms.2. Work with stakeholders to co-create briefs based on business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures as it pertains to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journeys3. Act as a Martech consultant who advises the Marketing Project Managers and Marketing Activation managers from different regions on the possibilities of using marketing automation capabilities to improve marketing.4. Will own in partnership with the Automation lead, the roadmap and plans for the automation team to enable marketing objectives5. Work closely with the marketing automation by translating requirements from marketers and by smoothening the project flow in partnership with the Automation lead6. Own the entire operations and execution of the creative development process as pertains to automation and journey emailers.7. Manage the detailed delivery of a portfolio of projects to meet defined time and quality standards and ensures all deadlines agreed between the Marketing Managers and Stakeholders are met.8. Communicates constantly with the units involved (Marketing Manager, Stakeholders, Creative Director, Web Lead) for smooth work flow9. Work closely with the Digital Sales team to enable digital automation in Sales processes10. Enable marketing project managers to kick off journeys in various markets11. Use data-driven methodologies to analyse and optimize projects keeping the business objectives in mind12.
