Job Description

  • Designing dashboards with the use of visualization tools like Tableau Using SQL for managing large volume of data
  • Communicating with customers to analyze historical data and identify KPIs Improving data processing speed by building SQL automations
  • Tweaking SQL Queries for best performance
  • Making sure the team delivers reports as per the requirements
  • Analyzing the data so as to identify trends and share insights
  • Implementing Tableau mobile dashboards with the help of Tableau mobile application
  • Creating Thematic Heat maps with the help of MapInfo
  • Recognizing areas for automation
  • Restricting data for particular users with the help of User filters Producing support documentation and keep existing documentation up to date Carrying out investigation of root cause analysis Keep the source code in a central repository with proper versioning control
  • Qualifications Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with 4 years of Education
  • Minimum 3 to 5 year hands on experience on MSBI stack SSIS SSRS SSAS Familiar with RDBMS like SQL Server understanding the data modeling and excel Knowledge in Apache Drill
  • Knowledge of Data warehouse concepts
  • Experience in a financial institution IT Environment
  • Good knowledge of financial industry and related products is advantage
  • Data Model knowledge an understanding of the structure of the data what s contained in the Data Warehouse data sources and data quality issues Data Extraction
  • Transformation and Load an understanding of how to extract transform and load data this would also involve obtaining and making available new data sources Tool support and installation Monitor tool usage and perform tool upgrades Intent to Internalize
  • Years of Experience 3 to 5 Must have technologies Hands on experience
  • Mandatory Skills Experience Good to have skills Behavioral
  • Tableau 4 Yrs Power BI Good Communications Skills SQL PLSQL
  • 4 Yrs Hadoop excellent problem solving skills
