Job Description

  • Restructure and improve existing System Requirement Specifications and Architectures to match new strategy and improve quality in close collaboration with projects worldwide.
  • Participating to the definition and deployment of the Valeo Systems Engineering standards and technical expertise across the Valeo Group System Network.
  • Proactively enahance the collaboration in the System Network in India and worldwide.

Accountable for :

  • Perform activities in compliance with Valeo internal and applicable international standards .
  • Support projects on technical and process related aspects in specific assignments on site.
  • Assess and report the actual situation of organizational units and / or projects in assessments and System Design Reviews.
  • Manage certain specific support activities incl. schedule and results. Define, track and actively support action plans to handle identified issues in projects and organizational units.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Valeo Systems Engineering standards and collect feedback from different Product Groups and daily work.
  • Deepen Systems Engineering specific know-how. Share this knowledge and best practices across the Valeo organization: Intranet, Workshops, Trainings.
  • The Product Groups are our (internal) customers customer satisfaction by pragmatic support is key.
