Job Description

Sourcing suitable experienced candidates with expertise in handling stores and warehousing,specifically from pharma finished formulationsLocation: Porur, ChennaiSalary offered: Rs 4 to 5 lakhs, all inclusive_____________________________________________Interested candidates with relevant qualifications and experience must apply with following details.

CLIENT DETAILS
  • Our client is an established and fast growing Mumbai based,Rs 75 cr co manufacturing finished pharma formulations at its modern plant on outskirts of Chennai.
  • The co. manufactures a range of tablets, ointments, liquid and syrups
  • Co offers good work environment with scope for growth

  • DESIGNATION: STORES IN CHARGE (ASST MGR / MGR LEVEL)
  • LOCATION- PORUR CHENNAI
  • REPORTING TO: PLANT HEAD
  • NO OF REPORTEES TO STORES INCHARGE: 4 TO 5 PEOPLE
  • WEEKLY OFF: SUNDAY
  • SALARY PACKAGE: Rs.3.5 to Rs.5.00 lacs pa
  • ADDITIONAL BENEFITS APART FROM SALARY: ALLOWANCE AND LEAVES

  • WORKING HOURS / FACTORY TIMINGS: 9.30 AM TO 6.30 PM

CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Graduate with addition qualification in Logistics / Materials Management
  • Min. experience of 10 years and above in handling stores from Pharma Formulations cos.
  • Strong Knowledge of supply chain responsibilities for RM/FG
  • Well versed with ERP system
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Should have experience of handling persons / subordinates in similar function
  • Ability to independently handle complete stores, despatches, inventory control, reports etc
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Will be responsible for monitoring entire stores activities for raw material, packing material and finished goods stores.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Analysis & plan inventory norms
  • Maintain FIFO System, LOT Control, Perpetual Inventory, Annual Stock Taking
  • Should be capable to train & lead team
