Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Middleware, BI and RPA platforms and deliverables that support multiple concurrent projects, enhancements and defect remediation. Serves as first line of responsibility to ensure Middleware and BI environments meet business and application requirements. Ensures all Middleware and BI environments are compliant with business continuity, availability, licensing and software support policies. Utilizing diversified knowledge and business experience, provides direction to subordinate employees, administers performance standards, schedules tasks and resources and ensures all work is completed according to defined cost, schedule, scope and quality criteria. Manage a team of developers and system administrators, setting goals for the team, making compensation decisions and also help providing career development and growth opportunities for the team.
