    Broad outline of the Role - Sr. Manager/Principal - IT SecurityExperience:- 11-14 yearsRoles and Responsibilities:
    • Security Leader to design, implement, and maintain the organizations Cybersecurity Infrastructure projects,
    1. Business Case articulation and budgeting
    2. Use case development and validation for new Initiatives.
    3. Negotiations and relationships across internal functions and external parties
    4. Security Operations Management
    5. Manage AOP and Tech Refresh deliverables
    6. Cyber Risk Advisory and Management
    7. Vulnerability Management of Security Infrastructure
    8. Internal IT Controls Management and Internal and External audits.
    9. Workforce training, awareness, education
    10. Team leadership, mentoring, and coaching
    Purpose - Broad objective of the role
    • Research the latest information technology security trends.
    • Monitor their organizations networks for security breaches and investigate violations when they occur.
    • Develop and direct implementation of security standards and best practices for the organization.
    • Recommend security enhancements to IT Management, Direct the installation and use of security tools to protect sensitive information.
    • Ensure that IT security audits are conducted periodically or as needed
