Job Description

    sr hrbp in chennaiTitle - Senior HRBPThe ideal candidate:
    • Comes from a Midsized organization / Startups in the Technology space
    • Has been a part of the growth story of his/her current organization and would have helped them scale
    • Has been stable in his/her career without too many job changes.
    • Will Lead an effective recruitment and selection process that will identify qualified talent, support work force diversity efforts, and meet local staffing needs.
    • Develop, implement, and administer a comprehensive compensation/rewards and benefits strategy to attract and retain talent.
    • Will drive Salary planning based on periodical reviews, ratings including Market Survey consolidation.
    • Will be responsible for complete statutory & legal adherence program with robust review in place to ensure adherence in place as per companys policies with all applicable records, forms, approvals, exemptions relevant to Human Resources purview.
    • Together with the local leadership, identify training needs and develop, implement, and deliver training programs with effectiveness measures that support work force diversity efforts and attract, retain and develop talent.
    • Develop employee and leadership performance programs; identify high potential employees and formulate a succession plan for key positions in line with Global Talent development guidelines.
    • Own payroll process and work with external payroll and tax providers
    • Manage local office and contracts
    • Work towards developing Organizational culture
    • Conceive & Drive Organizational development by way of New HR initiatives & Interventions.
    • Create avenues to create positive atmosphere for employees to get heard and address their grievances in a structured process to ensure energetic professional relations atmosphere by establishing various forums & committees.
    • Work & Coordinate along with global counterparts with respect to all respective supports related to Human Resource function.
