We are looking for a talented, ambitious, versatile and self-motivated Product Manager to own and drive Payment capabilities with a focus on creating world-class Payments product.   • Define product scope/ strategy, capabilities, KPI s
  • Create and own product requirements, in the form of user stories. Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization to ensure delivery of value to the business
  • Data driven approach (customer and user feedback, SWOT analysis and competitive analysis) to identify new product opportunities and enhancements. identify product gaps, generate new ideas, influence investment decisions to improve product capabilities
  • Lead product domain strategy, quarterly roadmap and commitment to the business stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate strategies & trade-offs up to senior leaders and down to development teams
  • Influence business to rethink product requirements based to result in best outcome for customers
  • Owns and manage product commitments and outcomes to the business
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand customer needs and compare with competitive product offerings in the market while developing product requirements
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 7+ years experience in product management, ideally in ecommerce, online retail, digital payments
  • Passion for customer focused design and market leading user experience
  • Proven experience in setting product strategy and leading execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to develop tight partnerships with critical partners across cross-functional teams: design, engineering, and core product teams
  • Experience leading and working with technology teams hands-on doing technical product management working with APIs, services.
  • Proven experience working with industry standard project management concepts, such as Agile methodology
  • Extensive use of applying analytics to design, including ownership of experimentation platforms/plans and extensive application of quant/qual research methods
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Bachelor s degree in engineering, or a business discipline
