• Own the production, development, and maintenance of all aspects of BI solutions ETL, Data Quality, Visualization, Documentation, and Support
• Hands on professional who can perform deep dive analyses on key business trends from different perspectives and package the insights into easily consumable presentations and documents
• Design and build BI dashboards in short timeframes via rapid prototyping and agile development
• Apply advanced visualization techniques to reveal business insights
• Perform rigorous data analysis to proactively identify any inconsistencies or data quality issues. Provide recommendations for improvements
• Develop a strong understanding of different data sources, and strategically implement data flows for robustness and scalability
• Demonstrate ability to translate business questions into structured analysis and data analytics into business insights
• Work to improve the day-to-day activities of the analytics team with technology and automation
• A strong articulate communicator with business acumen who can work efficiently and effectively with key stakeholders across multiple teams and geographies to define and produce business metrics and insights within a given time frame
• A persistent person who has the willingness to spend time in an area and become a SME in that domain

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets and synthesizing insights into actionable solutions
• Minimum 3 years of QlikSense design and development experience, with preference for Qlik NPrinting experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing ETL of data from multiple sources using Advanced SQL and Jupyter Notebooks
• Strong analytical skills including experience, familiarity, and ease with analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with multiple stakeholders and different teams to deliver BI solutions efficiently
• Experience with a statistical programming language like R or Python is a plus
• Highly motivated, result-oriented self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-pace environment. Proven ability to function well independently as well as in a team
• Data driven mindset with degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics
• Experience in Fintech/Banking/Credit/Payment industry a strong plus
